At Al Hakim Foods, your satisfaction means everything to us. If you are not completely happy with your Harry Delight purchase, please contact us within the timeframes below and we will resolve the issue fairly and promptly.

Every Harry Delight bar is handcrafted with premium Halal ingredients and quality-checked before dispatch. We take great pride in delivering the finest chocolate to our customers across Pakistan.

In the rare event that you receive a product that does not meet our quality standards, we are committed to making it right.

Return Eligibility

Eligible for Return
  • ✓Product received in damaged condition
  • ✓Wrong product delivered
  • ✓Product is defective or has quality issues
  • ✓Order is incomplete — missing items
  • ✓Reported within 48 hours of delivery
Not Eligible for Return
  • ✕Change of mind after delivery
  • ✕Product opened and consumed
  • ✕Reported after 48 hours of delivery
  • ✕Improper storage by customer
  • ✕Clearance or discounted items

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and food safety reasons, the following cannot be returned:

  • ›Opened or partially consumed chocolate bars
  • ›Products whose packaging seal has been broken without a quality complaint
  • ›Custom or personalised gift packs once prepared
  • ›Items returned without prior approval from our team

How to Request a Return

To initiate a return, please follow these simple steps:

Contact Us Within 48 Hours

Call or WhatsApp us at 03157551685 or email info@harrydelight.com within 48 hours of receiving your order.

Share Photos as Evidence

Send clear photos of the damaged, incorrect, or defective product along with your order details.

Await Our Confirmation

Our team will review your request within 24 hours and confirm whether the return is approved.

Return the Product

If approved, we will guide you on how to return the product. Return shipping costs are covered by us for eligible cases.

Receive Refund or Replacement

Once received and verified, your refund will be processed or a replacement dispatched within 3 to 5 business days.

Refund Process

Approved refunds will be processed using your original payment method:

  • ›Bank transfer refunds processed within 3 to 5 business days
  • ›Cash on delivery orders refunded via bank transfer or EasyPaisa / JazzCash
  • ›You will receive a confirmation once the refund has been initiated

We may also offer a replacement product in lieu of a refund, at our discretion and with your agreement.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged or you received the wrong product, please do not discard it. Take photos immediately upon opening and contact us within 48 hours. We will arrange a full replacement or refund at no extra cost.

Always photograph the package and product before discarding anything — this helps us process your claim faster and more accurately.

Wholesale Orders

For wholesale and bulk orders, return and refund terms are agreed upon at the time of placing the order. Please contact us before placing a wholesale order to discuss our terms.
